Christopher's chosen medium is a mix of acrylic, pastel and charcoal, with an original approach using open brush strokes leaving layer upon layer of vibrant colour and movement flow to 'find their way through to the surface and the viewer'.
Christopher's work has been shown in many local and national galleries, including the Royal Academy, and he has spent some time teaching painting and drawing in colleges around the country.
Commissions have included art projects for companies such as The London Mozart Players, Piper Champagne and The British Film Institute.
His chosen subjects include English and French rural landscapes and seascapes, dreamlike nudes which spill to the edges of the canvas, and enchanting still life, interiors and gardens.
